1. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of Aescape, Sunny’s Spa & Beauty Lounge, and The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Promotion Period: August 25, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 25, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”).
3. How to Enter: There are two (2) ways to enter: * Automatic Entry with Purchase: Receive one (1) automatic entry for each Aescape massage service purchased during the Promotion Period. * Free Mail-In Entry (AMOE): To enter without a purchase, hand-print your full name, mailing address, email address, and phone number on a 3”x5” card and mail it in a standard #10 envelope with proper postage to: Aescape, “Aescape Trip Sweepstakes”,581 6th Avenue, New York New York 10011. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by by 09/25/2025 and received by 10/1/2025. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope.
4. Prize & Approximate Retail Value (ARV): One (1) Grand Prize: An all-expenses-paid trip for two (2) people to The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel. Prize includes round-trip coach airfare from a major airport near winner's residence, 2 nights hotel accommodation, and $1,000 spending cash. Total ARV of Grand Prize is $4,500. Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance.
5. Winner Selection: One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about October 1, 2025 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
