Aescape All-Expenses-Paid Trip Sweepstakes

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. ELIGIBILITY: The Aescape All-Expenses-Paid Trip Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of Aescape (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. SPONSOR: The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Aescape, “Aescape Trip Sweepstakes Winner”, 581 6th Avenue, New York New York 10011

3. PROMOTION PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins on August 20, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on September 20, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM ET (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

4. HOW TO ENTER: There are two (2) methods of entry:

  • A) Automatic Entry with Purchase: An individual will receive one (1) automatic entry into the Sweepstakes for each Aescape massage service purchased during the Promotion Period at a participating Aescape location or online at app.aescape.com.

  • B) Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): To enter without making a purchase, hand-print your full name, complete mailing address, valid email address, and phone number on a 3”x5” piece of paper and mail it in a separate, hand-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: Aescape, “Aescape Trip Sweepstakes”,581 6th Avenue, New York New York 10011. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by by 09/20/2025 and received by 09/27/2025. Limit one (1) entry per outer envelope. No mechanically reproduced entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified.

5. WINNER SELECTION: On or about October 1, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period to select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified by email or phone within approximately five (5) business days of the drawing.

6. PRIZE CLAIM: The potential winner must respond to the notification within five (5) business days. The potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where legal, a Publicity Release, within seven (7) days of notification. If the potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the required documents within the specified time, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. In the event of forfeiture, an alternate winner may be selected in a random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.


7. PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded. The Grand Prize consists of a two-night stay for two (2) people at The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa in Oceanside, CA.

The prize includes:
• Two (2) night stay in a guest room at The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa
• Complimentary room, tax, and resort fee
• Discounted parking at $25 per night
• $1,000 spending money (awarded as a check)

• Round-trip, coach-class air transportation for two (2) from a major airport near the winner’s home (determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) to San Diego, CA.

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $4,500

Redemption period: Prize valid for stays between October 2025 and March 31, 2026, subject to availability.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,500.

Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use, including but not limited to all federal, state, and local taxes. Travel is subject to availability and certain blackout dates may apply. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, meals, incidentals, gratuities, and other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner.

8. PUBLICITY: Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed. By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sunny’s Spa & Beauty Lounge, The Seabird Ocean Resort & Spa, and their affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from participation or acceptance of the prize.

10. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.

11. DISPUTES: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of New York. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

13. WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Aescape, “Aescape Trip Sweepstakes Winner”, 581 6th Avenue, New York New York 10011. Requests must be received within sixty (60) days of the end of the Promotion Period.
