So we built Extra Focus, and honestly? It's one of those "why didn't this exist already?" moments.

Your Massage, Your Call
Here's how it works: Before your session starts, we ask a simple question—which area needs extra attention today? Lower back tight from your desk setup? Calves destroyed from finally returning to leg day? Shoulders living up by your ears?
Pick your trouble spot from five options: upper back and shoulders, lower back, hips & glutes, hamstrings, or calves. Aescape will dedicate extra time there toward the end of your session, when your muscles are warmed up and ready for deeper work.
But the fan favorite is that halfway through, we check in again. Because let's be honest, sometimes you don't know what you need until you're actually on the table. That "minor" hamstring tightness? Suddenly feels like the main event. You can switch your focus mid-massage, and Aescape instantly adjusts the plan. No awkward explanations needed.
And if you're the "I don't know, just fix me" type? Skip the selection entirely. Aescape's default full-body plan is designed to give your whole body the recovery it deserves.
